Jim Headlee started his business in the basement of his home. Just 16 years later, Summit Energy had grown to 325 employees, with four offices in North America and five in Europe. When Jim sold the company, Summit Energy was managing $20B in annual energy spend for 165,000 sites in 53 countries.

Jim is the co-founder of Teach to Transform, a ministry that teaches rural pastors in third world countries basic medical skills to use in sharing the gospel in their communities.

Jim is the CEO of eBridge, a digital procurement consulting firm for state governments, including the State of Kentucky. He is also the CEO of MedTG, a medical device company. Jim lives in Simpsonville KY with his wife of 40 years. They have three daughters and a son, and four grandchildren.
